als überzeugter zappatist empfehle ich heute für den zappatistischen alltag “the best band you never heard in your life”. besonders schön und gelungen sind dabei die coverversionen von “ring of fire”, “purple haze”, “stairway to heaven” und “sunshine of your love”: an diesen stücken sieht man, dass zappa und seine mitstreiter jede der original-bands musikalisch locker “in den sack stecken”.
